Description
This multi-day conference provided a focused review of the latest screening, prevention, and patient management strategies. The goal of this programis to equip physicians to identify patients with urological conditions early and to provide evidence-based, guideline-centric care to improve patient outcomes.
Learning Objectives
Session 1
- Define evidence-based screening approaches for prostate cancer
- Identify when to refer to oncology and explain evidence-based treatment options
- Implement appropriate screening, investigation and referrals for patients with kidney stones, renal cysts, hematuria, or UTI.
Session 2
- Identify common urological issues for women and define appropriate treatment strategies for these conditions
- Identify common urological issues for men and define appropriate treatment strategies for these conditions
- Explain newer minimally invasive treatments in urology
